That is why BuildingIN has designed a new housing solution to give people the housing they need and want, where they want, with units sized to household need, in the most affordable kinds of buildings to construct, service, heat, cool, and maintain. This is a practical solution that cuts development times in half, and at the same time, allows municipalities to balance the books.

For the past 6 years, our team has been researching, testing, and simulating solutions for neighbourhoods, leading to the creation of BuildingIN — a paradigm shift to addressing our housing supply crisis.
