Ember Place

Permit Ready* within BuildingIN Overlays on lots +65' in width and +138' in depth.

This design provides 12 homes for a range of household needs, including rental, freehold or strata ownership.

Unit sizes range from one-bedroom dwellings at 595sq.ft., two-bedroom dwellings at 820sq.ft, and three-bedroom dwellings at 950sq.ft.

Red brick clads the base three storeys for contextual fit with the surrounding area, with generous vertical windows and balcony bays bringing in lots of sunlight. A visually distinct top living level—finished in siding with larger windows varies the overall composition and reduces the building’s perceived height.

A shared rear yard allows space for bike sheds and outdoor activities.

Family in the Park

This young family hopes to live in a walkable, transit-accessible neighbourhood with nearby shops and parks for their two-year-old. With plans to welcome another child in the coming year, they require a three-bedroom home, yet larger units in their preferred area remain financially out of reach.

Ember Place would introduce a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes in complete, urban neighbourhoods, giving families like theirs the opportunity to secure a suitably sized home in the community they want to live.

This design is appropriate for modular flat-pack or conventional construction.
