Keystone Flats
This design provides 12 homes for a range of household needs, including rental, freehold or strata ownership. Unit sizes range from bachelor dwellings of 390 sq.ft, to one-bedroom dwellings at 585sq.ft., and two-bedroom dwellings ranging from 785 to 815sq.ft.
Every unit has either its own sunken terrace or balcony. Large windows and walkways make this design socially dynamic, visually interesting, and a great place to live. A shared rear yard allows space for bike sheds and outdoor activities.

This young couple wants to live within a short walk of shops and restaurants, while also having convenient access to transit for their daily commute. As they enter the next stage of life, they are looking for more space to accommodate a growing family. However, in their desired neighbourhoods, available homes are often larger than they need and priced beyond their budget.
Keystone Flats would introduce a more diverse range of housing options, enabling them to find a well-sized two-bedroom home in a neighbourhood that's well served with restaurants, shops and close to transit.
This design is appropriate for modular flat-pack or conventional construction.
