A Unified Housing Framework for Low-Rise Infill

Municipalities across Canada are each trying to fix their low-rise housing rules on their own, even though most neighbourhood lots are very similar.  Why are we solving the same problem hundreds of times?

Our National Infill Framework gives municipalities a ready-made approach they can plug into their existing zoning. With federal support, it can cut red tape, speed up approvals, and help deliver more low-rise infill homes in communities across the country.
