Our research provides a clear redevelopment rate benchmark based on analysis of nine high-demand neighbourhoods across Edmonton, Calgary, and Ottawa, showing the realistic pace of change in Canada's "hot" infill neighbourhoods. ​​​​

This benchmark underpins BuildingIN’s infill forecasting, giving planners a realistic picture of how quickly their own neighbourhoods could evolve if BuildingIN's infill-friendly regulatory framework was adopted.
